Sense of self worth and self love should start from the youth, which is the reason we have designed a few youth-centric webinars, workshops and programmes to address some of the essential topics that are not being discussed in school or at home. Due to the sensitivity of some of the programme contents, workshop sizes are kept at minimal.

Social media have played a vital role in shaping the way we curate images and lifestyle of ourselves in the eyes of followers. The implication is simply remarkable.

This workshop is designed to aid teens or even young adults to have a perspective of how our body images have an impact on us and how discovering a sense of self worth is the key to a truly happy and successful life.

Sex Ed for the Youth

Sex has been a hush-hush topic in most Asian cultures. Just because it’s not being covered in school or talked about at home, doesn’t mean it is not important.

We robe in the experts to provide a comprehensive and insightful information in the workshop for the participants without overwhelming them.

That way, parents can leave those embarrassing questions for the facilitators to provide the knowledge-based and accurate answers to their children during the workshop.
